Varli Chef Showcase 2013 – In Association with the Indian Consulate
On November 13th, 2013 the Indian Consulate will transform into an oasis for foodies everywhere as the Varli Chef Showcase will be hosted by Consul General Dnyaneshwar Mulay.
Fifteen chefs from various states will converge on the Consulate to display their creativity and skills in preparing tasting’s for the guests, which will include celebrities, food critics, restaurateurs, and many more.
Attendees will experience Indian cuisine like never before as the Consulate venue provides the perfect backdrop to spotlighting some of the most prominent chefs in the community.

The event continues the mission of Varli Magazine to spread the appreciation of Indian cuisine to the masses. Having introduced such historic events as the Varli Food Festival and the Varli Culinary Awards, the Chef Showcase is sure to be a novel and exciting evening for all in attendance.
